In close cooperation with the Customer we adopt the detailed profile of the position which is the basis for developing successful searching strategy in the given market sector, so we can prepare the list of potential target companies and identify the targeted professionals.
Senior Consultants discretely contact potential Candidates, present the position and invite them for a personal or online interview to discuss the professional background, relevancies, responsibilities of the profile, and to clarify the competencies. At the same time, special attention is paid to ensuring that contacted candidates get positive impressions in respect of Employer Branding and candidate experience. During the search, the Consultant informs Customer about the actual situation in form of status-reports. ISG International Executive Consulting Kft. provides individual, personal or online consultation opportunity for both its Clients and Candidates included in the Search process.
