Assessment of competencies
Shapes is an adaptive, competence-based personality questionnaire. It provides a detailed and effective assessment of the person’s relevant personality traits, work-related behaviours, whether they are managerial or even expert-level competencies. The delivered results are accurate and differentiated. Its personality model comprises 18 dimensions. A combination of the personality dimensions makes it possible to draw conclusions on the competencies of a person.
Assessment of motivation
Views is an adaptive questionnaire measuring occupational or work related orientation of the tested person, covering individual, job-related values, attitude, motivation and interests. Views is based on a model made up of 18 values, grouped into three areas: objectives, relationships and environment. It is used to assess the ‘cultural fit’ of a person with a company, department or team.
Ability tests
