Searching channels

Our well-prepared and qualified research professionals perform the searching tasks. Consultants and our Research Team actively and efficiently use digital searching channels (social media sites, forums, web and AI) for direct search, advertisement and for networking as well.
High-volume database supports our work, where candidate data can be searched for along the required criteria. Beyond own database we have annual frame agreements with the leading Hungarian job-portals and can reach their databases of several hundred thousand candidates, too.

Steps of Direct Search & Selection

Together with the Client, we establish professional set of requirements based on the position’s requirement profile and define the relevant and necessary competences. Based on the set of requirements, the different searching channels can be applied in a well-targeted way in order to identify and pre-screen potential candidates.

After deeply analysing the application documents meeting the requirement profile, we invite candidates to a structured interview where we focus on their professional and personal qualities/competencies, and pay special attention to ensuring that candidates get positive impressions during the search process and they trust us.

Based on the interviews we select suitable candidates for the position. Before introducing final candidates to our clients, we send them a detailed report on the candidate, including CV, professional experience and suitability for the position, reasons for changes, motivation, management skills and other personality traits of the candidate.

Our Consultants support communication between Client and candidates throughout the whole selection process. Based on our Clients’ needs and demand we gladly use tools of Executive Search methodology – e.g. confidential search, online competency assessment, reference check – also in the Direct Search process.
