Who is ISG?

The International Service Group (ISG) was founded in 1999 and operates globally in the field of personnel consulting. We are a full-service provider for all personnel matters.

In which countries does ISG operate?

ISG operates in 49 countries worldwide and employs around 800 people. You can find an overview of our locations here.

ISG Career Portal

What is the ISG Career Portal?

The ISG Career Portal is a platform where all job advertisements managed by ISG are published.

Is registration on the Career Portal free of charge?

Yes, registration on the ISG Career Portal is free.

How long does it take to complete the profile?

It takes about 10 to 30 minutes.

How can I register on the Job Portal?

You can register using LinkedIn, Xing, or Facebook, or with an email address and password.

What is the registration process like?

If you choose to register via email and password, please enter your email address and a password of your choice in the designated field. Then click on Submit.

A PIN will then be sent to your email address. Please enter the PIN in the designated field and click Submit.

In the next step, please enter your basic information and accept the terms and conditions and the privacy policy. Then click Submit.

You will then be taken to your dashboard, where you can check the completeness of your profile. Under Quick Links, you can manage applications, favorites, and search profiles, view your profile, change settings, and access the service area.

In the dashboard, you can also view your last visit and the update date of your documents.

What are the advantages of registering on the Career Portal?

By registering, you can apply quickly. You will also be included in database searches, which increases your chances of receiving a job offer from us. Other benefits include saving favorites and creating a job alert.

Are the job postings only for positions in Austria?

No, ISG Personal Management GmbH operates internationally and is present in 49 countries worldwide. Therefore, the job portal also features many job offers from other countries.

In the job portal, you can filter job postings by location (desired country).

How can I narrow down my search?

To refine your search, please use the fields provided in the results view.

Results can be filtered by keywords, job fields, industries, career level, job type, and location. You can also sort the jobs by date.

Can I save favorites?

Yes, you can save your favorites. Simply click on the “Bookmark” icon next to the job offer during your job search.

Can I activate job alerts?

Yes, you can save a search profile and activate the Job Alert. This way, you will automatically receive current job offers that match your preferences!

How can I change my password?

In the dashboard, go to Settings → Change Password.

How can I delete my profile?

In the dashboard, go to Settings → Delete Profile.

Application

I want to apply. What options are available?

If you want to apply for a listed position, you can use the “Apply” button directly if you are registered. Before submitting your application, you can review your personal information and upload a resume and cover letter.

I want to apply without being registered on the Job Portal. What should I do?

If you are not registered on the job portal, you can send your application to the email address provided in the job posting.

Are rejection emails sent automatically?

No, although we use templates due to the large number of applications, they are sent personally by the responsible employee after carefully reviewing the documents and comparing them with the client’s profile.

Why do I receive emails from ISG at night or on Sundays and holidays?

Sometimes, email dispatch is delayed automatically to conserve IT resources. Occasionally, we also work on weekends and holidays when required by the project.

Why am I not receiving job offers even though my profile is complete?

There can be many reasons for this. Possibly:
