Philip Steidl has a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Finance from the Danube Business School in cooperation with the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada.

He has decades of experience in Private Banking in renowned institutions, holding managing positions in Vienna, London, Frankfurt and Geneva, where he was responsible for Austrian and international clients. He is also experienced in the areas of workflow organisation and optimisation as well as the development of Key Performance Indicators in the banking environment. He is also an expert in precious metals and was a Managing Director in Merger & Acquisitions, holding interim management positions across the CEE region.

Philip joined ISG as a Managing Partner in 2020 and is specialized on Executive Search and Head Hunting in Sales and the financial sector. Philip also will be expanding the ISG brand to China in the near future.
