The protection of your privacy in the processing of personal data as well as the security of this data is an important concern to ISG Personnel Management Ltd. (hereinafter: ISG), that we take into account in our business processes by taking appropriate organizational and technical measures.

2.1 What are cookies?
Cookies are text modules that are stored by a website on the visitor’s device. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier for the cookie. It consists of a string of characters that allow for websites and servers to be assigned to the specific browser in which the cookie was stored. This enables websites and servers to distinguish the individual browser of a person from other browsers that contain other cookies. With the unique cookie ID, a specific browser can be recognized and identified.
The use of cookies helps ISG to provide the users of this website with more user-friendly services.

2.2.1. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (hereinafter: Google). 2.2.2 Social media cookies
ISG does not set social media cookies by default, and does not transmit any data to social networks. Only an active process in a social media service (“sharing”, “tweeting”, etc.) is recorded by the service.
2.2.3 Functional limitations without cookies
If you generally do not allow the use of cookies, certain functions and pages will not function as expected.
You can delete cookies that are already on your computer at any time. The procedure for doing so varies from browser to browser, please refer to your browser instructions (access “Help” in your browser menu).
3. USE OF COLLECTED DATA
We use the data collected as part of our services exclusively to provide candidates with relevant job offers or for services in recruitment consulting, respectively, and to be able to search actively for our clients in our database. We also use this information to provide you with more relevant search results.
We may use the name you chose for your ISG profile for all our services that require an ISG account.
In addition, we may replace names that in the past have been associated with your ISG account in order to to keep your information consistent in all our services.
Before we use information for purposes other than those stated in this data protection policy, we will notify you and obtain your consent.
ISG processes personal data exclusively on our servers located in Austria. Therefore, we may process your personal data on a server located outside your country of residence.
4. ACCESS TO AND UPDATE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
You can access your personal data at any time. In the case of incorrect data, we will respond to your request as quickly as possible and update or delete it (Article 16, 17 GDPR), unless we need to keep it for legitimate business or legal purposes, of which we would notify you. When your personal information is updated we may require proof of your identity before we can process your request.
The correction or deletion of your profile is free of charge, except in cases of disproportionate effort (e.g. multiple inquires in a short period of time).
We make an effort to provide our services in a way that protects data from accidental or deliberate destruction.
5. INFORMATION FORWARDED BY US
In general, we do not pass on any personal data to companies, organizations or persons outside ISG. The transfer of personal data will only occur in the following cases:
5.1. With your consent
We pass on personal data to companies, organizations or persons outside ISG only after having obtained your consent and having concluded a contract with the third party (Article 6 GDPR).
5.2. For processing by other parties
We provide personal data to our franchise partners, other trustworthy companies or persons, who process data on our behalf and have concluded a contract for data processing with ISG. This happens on the basis of our instructions and in accordance with our data protection policy, and other technical and organizational confidentiality and security measures (in accordance with Article 25 GDPR).
5.3. For legal reasons
We will disclose personal data to companies, organizations and individuals outside ISG (according to Article 4, 6 GDPR), if we have reason to believe that access to or use, storage or disclosure of such data is necessary to:
– Comply with applicable laws, regulations or legal proceedings or to comply with an enforceable administrative order.
– Enforce applicable terms of use, including the investigation of possible violations.
– Detect, prevent or combat fraud, security deficiencies or technical problems.
– Protect the rights, property or safety of ISG, our users or the public from damage to the extent permitted or required by law.
Regardless of any restructuring within ISG, we will continue to ensure the confidentiality of any personal data in accordance with Article 20 GDPR. We will notify affected users before personal data is transferred, or becomes subject to another or supplementary data protection policy.
6. DATA SECURITY
We make every effort to protect ISG and our users from unauthorized access to or unauthorized modification, disclosure or destruction of data (in accordance with Article 25 GDPR).
Particularly:
– We encrypt our services.
– We offer a two-step confirmation process and a safe-browsing function when accessing your ISG account
– We review our practices in regards to experience, storage and processing, including physical security measures to protect against unauthorized access from external systems.
– We limit the access to personal information to ISG employees and to the contractors who are required to access data in order to process it for us. They are subject to strict confidentiality obligations, and to disciplinary action if they don’t comply with these obligations.
7. SCOPE OF THE DATA PROTECTION DECLARATION
Our data protection policy in accordance with GDPR 2016/679 applies to all services offered by ISG.
Our data protection policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or websites that appear in search results, websites that may contain ISG services, or other websites linked to our services. Our data protection policy does not cover the use of information by other companies or organizations that advertise our services and may use cookies, pixel tags and other technologies, to provide or offer relevant advertisements.
8. RIGHTS CONCERNING YOUR DATA
Within the legal framework of the data protection regulation according to Article 12, you are entitled to extensive rights concerning your data. You can execute these rights by sending an email to dataprotection@isg.com.
These include in particular:
8.1. Right to information
Upon request, ISG will provide you with information on all your data stored by ISG, within the period of time prescribed by Article 13 GDPR. This information also includes the purpose and type of processing of your data.
8.2. Right to correction
You have the right to have your personal data corrected, complemented or changed at any time (Article 16 GDPR).
8.3. Right to data transmission
You have the right to have all your data stored with ISG transferred to another company.
8.4. Right to deletion
Upon your request, we will delete all your personal data stored with ISG, within the period of time legally prescribed in Article 16 GDPR.
9. WITHDRAWAL
You can revoke your consent to the collection and use of your data, as well as a registration, at any time with furture effect in accordance with Article 7 GDPR. Until the moment of revocation, your data will be processed in accordance with the existing laws.
In case of revocation, we will immediately delete your data to the desired extent, or block it for further use. Please contact us at dataprotection@isg.com.
10. STORAGE
Your data will be stored as long as is required for the provision of our services. Should longer storage be necessary due to legal regulations, your data will be stored until the expiry of the statutory period.
11. AMENDMENTS
Our data protection policy may change from time to time. Any modification will be posted on this page. Should the changes be essential, we will provide an explicit notification (including, in the case of certain services, a notification of the changes to the data protection policy by email).
