ISG Christmas Meeting 2020 – almost business as usual

Nobody should have to forego the traditional Christmas Meeting in 2020, which is why there was a small premiere this year: on December 4^th, 2020, 147 employees joined an online Christmas Meeting on Zoom.

The meeting was opened with introductory words and the introduction of new colleagues. After a group split with regard to German and English-speaking participants, news from the area of personnel development & training were presented, in which newly designed offers responded optimally to the challenging conditions in 2020 and thus strengthened the excellent position on the market. There were also some innovations internally, such as the creation of an in-house platform that can be used by all employees worldwide and is available in two languages. After a short break, German- and English-speaking participants joined again the same virtual room to end the Christmas Meeting 2020 together
