ISG International Meeting Prague

In the spring of 2019, the International Service Group held an international meeting in the Czech capital, Prague. The program offered seminars and lectures, and was topped off by joint activities like dinners and sightseeing.

The meeting was opened at 1 p.m. with a welcome to the whole of ISG, gathered to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the company. There were new colleagues, new offices and new products in personnel consulting to be presented, too.
Subsequently, ISG’s new Corporate Design was introduced and the cooperation with Manstein publishing house was introduced in a session of HORIZONT Speed Dating.
Social Targeting was also a topic of discussion, along with examples for the various possibilities it offers. The main focus of the meeting being personnel consulting 4.0, recurrent themes of our conversations were the history of human resources management, current transformations and future goals come together.

From 3 to 6.30 p.m., three workshops were held, covering Sales, Executive Search and Active Sourcing.
After the closing session at 6.30 p.m., the day was wrapped up with dinner at the hotel.

On the following day, the meeting was concluded with a sightseeing tour and a joint lunch.
