On Friday, December 6, 2024, the eagerly awaited ISG Christmas Meeting took place in the festively decorated Palais Ephrussi. The afternoon program was filled with valuable workshops, inspiring exchanges and the magic of the upcoming festive season. An unforgettable day that came to a glamorous conclusion with a leisurely stroll through the Christmas market and a festive dinner in the Rathauskeller.
The day began with the registration of participants, who arrived punctually from 1:30 p.m. to gain valuable industry insights and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The workshops, which were characterized by their diversity and practical content, started at 2:00 pm. In two parallel strands, guests were introduced in both English and German to various topics that would shape the entire year 2025.

In addition to the workshops, there was the ISG Market Place for Exchange of Experience, which offered space for intensive exchange. Experts from various fields such as sales, telesales, social media recruiting and headhunting shared their experiences and insights and thus ensured a lively dialog among the participants.
Finally, the Country Manager Meeting took place in an exclusive setting. Meanwhile, the other guests enjoyed a short stroll through the Christmas market. The festively decorated stalls, the smell of mulled wine and roasted almonds and the Christmas atmosphere around the market made the day an unforgettable experience, especially for the international visitors.
The festive part of the day began at 6:00 pm with a welcome aperitif at which Guido & Simon Leissinger, Herbert Steinhauser and Johannes Bösze warmly greeted the guests.
The historic cellar room, resplendent in festive splendor, provided the perfect setting for an evening of enjoyment, conversation and networking. After dinner, the room was filled with good humor, music and dancing, and the evening ended with relaxed networking that lasted well into the late hours.
