Lilla graduated from Eötvös Loránd University and is currently studying for a master’s degree in HR Consultancy at the Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences.

Her professional career started in the field of Customer Service, working for 2 years as a Customer Service Specialist in Public Administration, and then for 2 years as a Customer Relations and Back-office Expert at the Governmental Hotline. She gained strong professional experience in communication and managing Customers. 

Lilla joined ISG team as Researcher.

Her personal sub-specialities include:

• Research – mapping of different market segments, identifying target persons, contacting – by using Direct Search, Headhunting method or depending on the position level using Executive Search methodology;
• Communication with Candidates, presenting the position, convincing
• Supporting the work of the Consultants
