Biography
Zoltán graduated from Kodolanyi Janos University of Tourism and Catering. After finishing his studies, he worked in several Hilton Hotels, and he performed sales activities in the tourism industry later on.
In 2020, he decided changing into the world of multinational companies. His new career started in the area of IT Support at AstraZeneca and later at GE. Using his knowledge and competences, he continued as an IT Sourcer at Morgan Stanley from 2022 on. Here, he did IT and Non-IT searches as well, and later also gained experience in the search of trainees as Campus Coordinator.
Zoltán joined the team of ISG as Executive Researcher.
In his current position, he maps different market segments and potential target persons and contacts relevant managers and professionals using mainly Executive Search and Headhunting methodology.
His personal sub-specialities do certainly include:
- Research – mapping of different market segments – Executive Search, Headhunting
- Contacting potential candidates, pre-screening, convincing
- End-to-end follow up of the search projects
