Assessment Center / Development Center
In the frame of Assessment / Development Centres lifelike role plays, case studies and presentations support the allocation of the candidates’ strength, areas for development and competencies. The realisation can be either individual or group. The advantage of this assessment form is that the performance of the candidate can be measured through tailor-made practices and professional examples created directly for the exact position. Examining the applicants from different sides by using Assessment Center (AC) makes the selection more efficient than other processes. In case of Development Centre (DC) areas for development are immediately outlined and can be specified precisely.
Our Consultants facilitate AC/DCs and offer various tailor-made role plays and case studies. We evaluate the performance of the candidates together with the client. Subsequently to the AC/DC an extensive closing feedback session provides feedback for mutual benefit of Client and candidates.
We offer this service for Clients who want to select the best candidate with the highest probability of fitting, or who want to participate in mapping and identifying strengths and development areas of candidates and in establishing an adequate development plan for them – all of them happens by the use of a single professional and tailor-made method.

Management Audit
Management audit presents a comprehensive picture on the operation of an organisation including especially the strengths, hidden and unexploited reserves and development areas of the top management, which is one of the most important resources of a company. The audit can also measure and develop management culture and establish a coherent approach, which can work as organizational benchmark later on.
The audit itself is a structured analysing and assessing process and is ideal for determining necessary developments and trainings.
The method is especially suitable to be used in following cases: preparing the company to react on market changes and business challenges or in case of internal changes, as pre-phase of change-management, further on to identify and develop young talents or making proposals for executive coaching.
