Madis Roodla is the Managing Partner of ISG Estonia with nearly a decade-long experience in recruiting and executive search.

With extensive local and international recruitment experience, Madis has successfully filled positions ranging from specialists to C-level executives. He has a wealth of personal experience working in management positions across private, governmental, and non-governmental sectors.

Among his strengths is recruiting for the industry and outside the Tallinn area. This includes more than 15 executive, managerial, and specialist positions in the exporting Estonian rare earths industry recruited locally and globally.

Madis has an academic degree in international relations and a keen understanding of contemporary media. He brings strategic thinking and good execution to all his projects.

Margus Pärn is a Partner in ISG Estonia with over 30 years of experience in international and Estonian companies (retail, production, military, fuel wholesale) as a Business Controller, CFO, and in four companies as the CEO. His vast knowledge of the Estonian business landscape and actors, extensive experience in recruiting, and personal contacts in many industries guarantee the best results.

Margus recruits across all management disciplines, providing clients with a tailored search, advertised selection, recruitment support, and assessment solutions as best suited to customers’ needs. He also works as a Lean Six Sigma quality management trainer (Certification of Green and Black Belts). Margus has degrees in Economics and Computer Science.

Edvard Ljulko is a recruitment and executive search partner in ISG Estonia and an experienced specialist in understanding people’s minds. Clients have complimented Edvard on his holistic approaches.

His work includes executive search and recruitment for the biggest European permanent magnet plant in construction by Neo Performance Materials, which is a cornerstone for the production of electric vehicles on the continent and is planned to create close to 1000 new jobs in a region further away from Estonia’s capital — the first large industrial project funded by the EU’s Just Transition Fund in the whole of Europe.

Edvard works across all sectors in Estonian, English, and Russian languages. He is a people and team development specialist holding a degree in Adult Education with Organization Psychology as the secondary field. He has, among other achievements, founded a successful leading social enterprise.
