Christmas Meeting ISG 2023:
It was a pleasure!

On Thursday, December 7th, 2023, the annual Christmas Meeting of ISG Personalmanagement GmbH took place at Palais Strudlhof. With a total of 140 participants, the halls were filled to capacity.

The employees of ISG use meetings like this to regularly educate themselves and exchange ideas. It is an important opportunity to gather expert knowledge, stay up to date with industry trends, and discuss the major challenges of the future.

The Christmas Meeting traditionally started with a warm welcome from the management, who provided all attendees with numbers, data, and facts about the past year and congratulated them on their shared success.

Following that, there were a series of presentations and workshops on various topics.
Participants had the opportunity to choose from a wide range of subjects that corresponded to their individual professional interests and development goals. For example, there were presentations on current trends in recruiting, using social media platforms for talent acquisition, and better understanding customers.

There were regular breaks during which participants could exchange ideas with each other. This opportunity was actively used to share experiences and make new contacts.

The eagerly anticipated highlight of the meeting was undoubtedly the festive Christmas dinner in the evening. Participants were treated to exquisite dishes and had the opportunity to unwind in a cozy atmosphere.

The ISG Christmas meeting was once again a great success. The employees were thrilled with the offered content and the opportunity to consult with other experts from various countries.
