We're in search of a Business Development and Sales Responsible individual in Turkey.
The role involves expanding sales Turkey-wide and building international connections.
We've been in Turkey since 2010, with 25 consultants handling Recruitment, Training & Development, and Assessments.

We're a leading European full-service personnel provider with 800 staff in 60 offices across 49 countries. ISG Personalmanagement, operates internationally across five divisions and has been in business for over 25 years. We're eager to welcome a dedicated individual to our Turkish team.

Job Profile:

We are seeking a Sales Representative for our recruiting agency in Turkey. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones.

Tasks:

  1. Identifying and developing new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships with B2B HR Managers, CEO's and Business Owners.
  2. Nurturing and expanding existing business relationships with those people.
  3. Presenting our HR service offerings to potential clients.
  4. Creating sales strategies and plans to achieve business goals.
  5. Participating in industry-related events to increase our agency's visibility.
  6. Providing continuous feedback and market information to the management to improve service offerings.

Your Profile:

  • Proven experience in business development, ideally in a service firm like a recruiting agency or consulting firm.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to build strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent command of Turkish and English languages.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
