As the store manager, you will supervise the operational and organizational standards of the store. Your duties will include undertaking administrative tasks, monitoring inventory levels, and developing business strategies. The ideal candidate must be able to improve customer satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should also demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills.
- in charge of opening / closing daily routine – Boutique operating hours Monday to Friday 9 – 6.
- If extension of operating hours is needed, a part timer support will be added and therefore recruiting, training, supervising and appraising staff accordingly will be added
- monitoring inventory levels and ordering new items
- executing on line shop orders
- preparing promotional materials and displays as well as hampers which will be one of our key products targeting Corporate Accounts
- delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- creating business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitabilityundertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records
- liaising with head office in Athens and accounting and storage facilities in Nicosia
- provide day to day administrative support to headquarters as needed
- organising goods deliveries to partnering restaurants and hotels
- ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
- participating in fairs and exhibitions in Cyprus, Greece or abroad as needed
