Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements for new products and compare them to existing system specifications
- Deep dive into technical and functional specifications, dependencies, and interactions between new products and existing systems
- Configure required parameters, security settings, options functionalities, and modules
- Document and create toolkit on specific set-up of tools
- Define and perform functional, performance, security, and compatibility tests
- Orchestrate and plan system demos and tests
- Investigate integration and configuration related incidents at level 2/3 and contribute to resolution
- Participate in the addition, modification, and removal of catalog items within scope based on approvals from Product Owner and Product and Service Catalog Manager
Your profile
- International PO experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with CRM or Sales-related products
- Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset for roadmap creation and monitoring
- Ability to manage in complex and VUCA environments
- Strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
- Effective prioritization skills and ability to make strategic decisions
- Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
