Your duties:
- Lead a local sales team across France, providing guidance, motivation, and strategic direction.
- Oversee and manage the P&L for the region, ensuring financial performance aligns with company goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, focusing on both nurturing existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within the kitchen and retail sectors.
- Act as a brand ambassador and foster connections within the industry.
- Collaborate closely with the headquarter and other regional leaders to align strategies and share market insights.
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training or degree, ideally with a focus on international management, sales or marketing.
- Professional experience in B2B sales required, ideally in the kitchen sector.
- Readiness to travel (up to 4 days per week) to meet clients, attend events, and support the team across districts.
- Demonstrated success in team leadership, with experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Assertiveness, negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluent English and French language skills.
