Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Data Product Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in the definition and development of data products in coordination with stakeholders at an international scale. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful data-driven initiatives across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance, to understand business needs and requirements for data products.
  • Lead the definition and prioritization of data product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications and data solutions.
  • Coordinate the development, testing, and deployment of data products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating communication and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Monitor the performance and usage of data products, gathering feedback from stakeholders and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in data management and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a focus on data product management, data governance, or related areas.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modeling, data quality, and data integration.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment and managing stakeholders across different regions and cultures is a plus.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements related to data management (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is desirable.
