Role Overview
As Director of SAP Services & Transformation, you will lead the strategic and operational development of three business units across Czechia. You will drive growth, innovation, and profitability through the development of service offerings, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. The role blends visionary leadership, commercial acumen, and a hands-on approach to business development.
You will be responsible for managing multiple business application focused business units, shaping portfolio strategy, overseeing delivery excellence, and developing future-ready talent while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for SAP Services across the country in alignment with overall business goals.
- Drive revenue and EBITDA growth through organic expansion and selective M&A opportunities.
- Develop a resilient, scalable SAP services portfolio including S/4HANA migrations, AMS, cloud enablement, and industry-specific solutions.
- Collaborate with global and regional leadership to align strategic direction and cross-border initiatives.
Business Unit Oversight
- Lead and mentor Business Unit (BU) managers.
- Ensure BU performance meets financial, operational, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
- Optimize organizational structures and delivery models to improve scalability and resilience.
Go-to-Market & Sales Enablement
- Work with Sales and Marketing to refine the SAP GTM strategy and support major deal pursuits.
- Foster and grow relationships with strategic customers and technology partners (e.g., SAP, Microsoft).
- Enable cross- and up-selling within key accounts and across divisions.
Innovation & Transformation
- Be a thought leader on market trends, including cloud adoption, AI integration, and sustainability solutions.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across teams.
- Identify and lead transformation initiatives, including new delivery models and digital accelerators.
Talent & Culture
- Attract, retain, and develop top talent across the region.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners on workforce planning, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Foster a collaborative, transparent, and empowering culture aligned with company values.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in consulting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of P&L responsibility, business growth, and practice leadership.
- Strong understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
- Experience leading geographically distributed teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
