Responsibilities:
- New Product Operations: Plan and implement strategies for product launches based on consumer insights. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure all necessary assets and communication materials are available and effectively used
- Promotion Campaign Operations: Plan, execute, monitor, and review the annual promotional activities of hihonor.com. Increase sales by leveraging peak sales seasons
- Daily Operations Management: Monitor and improve sales performance through analysis, research, and the creation of reports and KPI dashboards. Lead weekly department business meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce or retail industry, with extensive experience in e-shop operations; experience in go-to-market or category operations is preferred
- Strong analytical skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options, and provide clear recommendations for e-commerce growth
- Ability to think across multiple business dimensions and P&L, work across multiple regions, and collaborate cross-functionally to achieve results
- Excellent sales and communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese and English; proficiency in German is a plus
