On behalf of a client, a Austrian medium-sized company founded over 40 years ago in the Medical Dental engineering situated in Lyon de Landes, we have been commissioned to fill the following top management position for the subsidiary company "France" and to conduct the initial interviews.
Your tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible management and control of the market in France, service, technology, HR/finance, business development intralogistics
- Design and implementation of sales strategies based on the Group's product strategy (concepts/product management)
- Market and sales activities for the proven inserting Dental technology product line and increasingly also for intralogistics solutions
- Key account management and sales support for regional sales staff
- Market analysis and business development
- Control and where appropriate optimisation of operational processes and workflows
- Direct reporting to the Managing Director Group at the headquarters in Austria
Your qualifications & experience
- Successful commercial study or adequate education and training with subsequent success in commerce
- Sound management experience, from a comparable position as the next career step
- Several years of experience in the commerce environment of the France market, preferably with know-how dental medical technology
- English speaking is required, german speaking would be an advantage
- Open mindset type combined with doer qualities, leadership skills, confident appearance and drive to expand the business further in the market
