Our client is a leading provider of Home Health Care services in California, specializing in hospice and palliative care. We are actively seeking nurses for the Riverside and San Diego areas to provide in-home care for patients. These positions are home-based, with nurses traveling to visit patients in their residences.
Available Positions:
1.Hospice RN:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in LTC, Hospice, or Palliative care
- BSN required
2. Home Health RN:
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in LTC, Home Health, or Palliative care
- BSN required
Job Overview:
- Travel positions within a specific radius from your home
- Work from home and visit patients in their homes or hospice facilities
- Patients per day: 8-10
- Transportation: Company car provided if available, or mileage reimbursement if using your own vehicle
Required Qualifications:
- For TN Visa Candidates (Canada/Mexico):
- Passed NCLEX
- Passed TOEFL (for non-native English speakers)
- Valid Visa Screen Certificate from CGFNS
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid CA RN License
For GC/US Citizens:
- Valid CA RN License
- Valid driver’s license
Position Details:
- Base Salary: $90K+ (DOE)
- Relocation:Full relocation available
Eligibility:
- TN Visa Candidates: Must have valid CA RN license (from Canada/Mexico)
- GC/US Citizens: Must have CA RN license (candidates living outside CA and willing to relocate)
Green Card Processing:
Available for TN visa candidates after a 6-month probationary period, with no additional cost to the employee.
