Job Description
- Contributing to and maintaining internal audit strategies in line with the company’s policies and standards
- Supporting the organization with knowledge and awareness of internal control practices
- Coordinating audit services, managing relationships and communication with stakeholders in related areas
- Conducting audits independently or as part of a team (process audits, continuous monitoring audits, investigation or follow-up audits), identifying reportable issues and risks
- Providing recommendations to enhance the efficiency and quality of company activities and conducting audit activities accordingly
- Conducting internal audit activities that protect the company's brand, image, and reputation
- Auditing the appropriateness and adequacy of organizational structures, systems, processes, and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Preferably at least 2 years of experience in internal audit, internal control departments, or in risk consultancy and analysis reporting positions
- Highly proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel, preferably familiar with SAP
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented and possessing analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with business partners
- Able to adapt to a busy work schedule and tight deadlines
- Residing or willing to reside on the Asian side of Istanbul
- No travel restrictions
