We are seeking an International Growth Manager to lead the global expansion efforts of the organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive international growth strategy, prioritizing target markets, and overseeing all aspects of local market launches. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and drive the company's success on a global scale.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive international growth strategy.
- Prioritize target markets based on potential, competition, and strategic fit.
- Define localization strategies for each market entered.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams for successful execution.
- Lead the charge in entering new markets, overseeing all aspects of local market launches.
- Do not just limit yourself to expanding new markets, but also develop strategies to strengthen them.
- Develop an 18-month roadmap to ensure platform stability and redundancy, conducting DRP and BCP annually.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role.
- Must demonstrate knowledge in international business development and growth strategies.
- Strong strategic thinking and proven track record of successful international growth strategies.
- Data-driven mindset (e.g. Data Analytics, Business Analytics).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Adaptability and solution-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
- Cultural competence and ability to adapt strategies to local contexts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- You have great communications skills and a fluent level of English
