Your main tasks will include:
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles within different industries
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Coordinating interviews and assessing candidate suitability for specific positions
- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and initiatives
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment
