Our client is an international market leader in its sector. Due to the successful development of the company in the international environment, the existing team is being strengthened with immediate effect by a Sales Manager based in Bratislava.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new customers
- Managing business relationships as well as sales management
- Management of CRM system
- Developing and executing the sales plan to achieve the target
- Managing the sales pipeline, sales forecast and sales budget
- Presentation of the company's product portfolio and expert advice to the client
- Negotiating commercial terms and conditions and developing quotations
- Customer requirements and complaints management
- Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- University education with an understanding of basic financial parameters
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Group B driving licence
- Good english language skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Responsibility, autonomy and results orientation
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients
- Independence in planning and organizing work
- Strategic and analytical thinking
