Job Description:
  • Identify and develop sales opportunities
  • Expand market reach and maximize profitability
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless product flow and contract execution
  • Sales of petrochemicals, primarily Plastics and Organic Synthesis, through contract negotiations and spot deals
  • Conducting market analysis and providing insightful reports to the product manager
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to generate leads, prospect, and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Cultivating relationships and sales to both existing and prospective direct accounts, while also offering sales support to their distribution partners</li>
  • Staying ahead of customer requirements and key market trends
  • Maintaining strong client relationships by conducting regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities
  • Tracking sales activities and updating account information in the company's CRM system.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a technical or economical degree (Master's)
  • Minimum 5 years of multifaceted sales experience; previous exposure to the Polymer or Chemical industries preferred
  • Proficiency in English
  • Experience in Polyolefin, PP, PE (LLDPE, HDPE, LDPE), advanced B2B sectors, and FMCG
  • Excel in negotiation, influencing, and communication
  • Proven ability in building customer relationships and expanding market presence, with international experience preferred
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making, organizational, problem-solving, and planning skills with a proactive approach
  • Exhibit self-motivation, resilience, and a track record of achieving goals under pressure.
