We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our rapidly growing and dynamic business in France. This role offers the chance to thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing broad and diverse responsibilities. You will leverage your expertise in commercial law, regulatory compliance, and the consumer electronics sector (including smartphone, PC, and wearables distribution, E-commerce, and digital services) to make a significant impact.

Responsibilities:
    • Provide proactive, professional, competent, cost-effective, and creative legal support to business operations in France.
    • Review and negotiate contracts related to procurement, sales, administration, and other business areas.
    • Ensure compliance of business projects, promotions, campaigns, and product features/functions.
    • Handle external disputes and provide strategic advice on legal risks, business strategies, compliance, and regulatory issues.
    • Provide legal support to our client’s R&D center in France, including but not limited to technical cooperation projects.
    • Build and maintain relationships with external legal resources.
    • Conduct legislative tracking and provide employee legal awareness training.
    • Occasional travel may be required to consult with internal or external customers.
Experience Requirements:
    • LL.B. or LL.M. degree with admission to the French Bar.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a multinational company or law firm.
    • In-depth knowledge of competition law, data protection law, consumer protection law, corporate law, and labor law.
    • Excellent judgment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
    • Practical business judgment and the ability to assess and manage practical risks.
    • Proficiency in French and English.
