Joining their team offers a chance to play a crucial role in the management of material and substance data through cutting-edge applications. You will be involved in streamlining processes, offering expert guidance, and crafting high-impact digital solutions utilizing SAP S/4HANA.

You will be responsible to:

  • Collaborate with a team of experts to manage and enhance Linux services and infrastructure.
  • Analyze and resolve complex incidents while independently driving improvement initiatives.
  • Take ownership of the continuous development and enhancement of our operational and security measures.
  • Harden and manage the operating systems to ensure top-level security and performance.
  • Plan, install, configure, and deploy complex IT systems (both hardware and software).
  • Conduct thorough security assessments of systems, working closely with external partners for verification.
  • Address service requests and resolve issues with top priority, coordinating with necessary internal and external teams.
  • Participate in on-call duty planning to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Requirements:

  • A technical education in computer science or similar degree with previous experience in managing enterprise server platforms.
  • Several years of relevant experience in enterprise-class datacenter environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in IT security, with practical experience and, ideally, relevant certifications.
  • Strong Linux experience (SLES 15, SCE, RHEL 8/9, RHCSA).
  • Professional-level experience with SuSE Manager.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and practical application experience.
  • Experience with authentication and authorization infrastructure within Linux systems and access management.
  • Expertise in virtualization software (e.g., vSphere and vCenter) in a dynamic work setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to lead teams and drive results.

Competitive minimum salary starting at 45.000 gross euros per year, based on experience and qualifications.
