The firm is flexible and ready to expand its team based on business needs and workload demands. Operating on a hybrid work model, the team enjoys remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications:

  • New graduate or up to 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Basic knowledge of English
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Office Management, or related fields

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with various external consultants and manage a range of administrative tasks. Responsibilities include:

Accounting Support: Collaborate with our external accountant to manage preliminary accounting tasks such as expense tracking, invoicing, following payments and collections, and preparing monthly accounting reports.

IT Coordination: Work with our external IT consultant to identify, monitor, and resolve technical issues and needs within the office.

Personnel Management: Maintain personnel files, track leave, manage recruitment processes, and oversee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

Administrative Tasks: Handle phone calls and welcome guests, manage reservations, and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
