We are seeking 3
experienced Outbound Call Center Agents to
- call our existing, former, and potential clients and prospects to
- arrange appointments for our senior consultants.
- You will also promote our streamlined services which can be sold online.

Responsibilities:
Your job is initially
arranging the appointments for our senior consultants. After some success, you may
take over some sales projects and eventually
become a team leader to drive
national and international calls and phone
sales. You will feed and
maintain our CRM system, and follow
phone scripts we create together,
tweak and improve.
It's our goal to
serve our clients and be there when they need us and therefore it is the caller's goal to
call existing and prospective clients every quarter.
Your Profile:
It's all about calling and selling in B2B.
If you
love talking to people, if you're a professional and
experienced caller with the
guts to speak to
HR and CEOs, and owners of companies in a
natural manner, and if you're ready to
talk to a lot of people every day,
be really nice and provide excellent services, be
disciplined and like to
put the cherry on top, then we want to get to know you.
What You Can Expect:
A
base salary and an
open-ended bonus system where
you decide how much you earn based on performance.
Remote work - therefore you need a lot of discipline. Willingness to work from 08:00 to 17:00.
After an
introduction to our systems, we will
start quickly and see your performance and success. So, within hours and a couple of days, you will already be performing and
can earn bonuses from day one.

We are working
internationally and the
reporting line is to an Austrian, therefore we are looking for individuals who
speak English or German.
