Responsibilities
- Lead and manage x2 team members within the Agile Squad overseing the development of the product roadmap
- Manage backlog and update priorities based on local needs & feedbacks
- Ensure the delivery of Business Value and act as the voice of stakeholders
- Prioritize Product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads
- Collect and consolidate Product value based on inputs from Proximity Team and GBPO’s
- Track product performance and value realization based on defined KPI's
- Estimate Resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability
Your profile
- International PO experience in, preferably with CRM or Sales-related products
- Experience in building and/or supporting (meaning maintenance, evolutions and configuration management) of SFA tools (whether Salesforce or another)
- Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset for roadmap creation and monitoring
- Strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
- Effective prioritization skills and ability to make strategic decisions
- Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
