Our client is a renowned global leader in the dairy market, with operations spanning over 75 countries. In Turkey, they are a key player in milk and dairy production, recognized for their distinguished brands across six production plants.
We are currently seeking a seasoned Production Executive to join their dynamic team in Sakarya. If you have a background in dairy or beverage production and aspire to contribute to a global organization, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily production targets are met on assigned machinery and generate the necessary reports
- Optimize the use of manpower and materials during daily production activities
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, aligned with organizational standards
- Enhance production line performance in terms of quality, productivity, and efficiency
- Organize effective communication between shifts and collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments
- Monitor, report, and improve production-related KPIs
- Consistently implement occupational safety, food safety, and environmental standards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum five years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the dairy or beverage industry
- Expertise in aseptic and fermented product production, as well as filling technologies, is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrated skills in planning, analysis, follow-up, and project management
- Effective communicator at all levels of the organization
- Experience leading continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and Six Sigma projects
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and AutoCAD
- For male candidates, military service must be completed
- Residing or willing to relocate to Sakarya
