Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:

- Oversee the daily operations of the resort, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, spa, recreational activities, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures that uphold the resort's exclusivity and deliver a seamless guest experience.
2. Guest Experience:
- Uphold the highest level of guest service by personally engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and addressing any concerns promptly and effectively.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the guest experience, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
3. Team Management:
- Recruit, train, and manage a diverse team of hospitality professionals, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth, teamwork, and excellence.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure staff members are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
4. Financial Performance:
- Develop and manage the resort's annual budget, monitoring revenue and expenses to achieve financial goals.
- Implement effective cost control measures without compromising the quality of services and amenities.
5. Marketing and Sales:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies that enhance the resort's visibility and attract high-net-worth clientele.
- Foster relationships with travel agents, event planners, and other industry partners to drive bookings and increase the resort's market share.
6. Facilities and Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance of all facilities, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of safety, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Coordinate renovation and improvement projects to keep the resort at the forefront of luxury and innovation.
7. Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure the resort adheres to all relevant local regulations, health and safety standards, and industry certifications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury resort or high-end hospitality property.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality trends, guest preferences, and market dynamics.
