In order to strengthen Shell´s regional sales team in Western & Northern Slovakia, we are looking for an ambitious colleague (m/f/d) for the position of a Territory Manager.
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in steering the performance of your assigned territory.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Delivering planned sales figures for fuel and non-fuel products while driving innovative growth initiatives to elevate business performance in assigned territory (app. 40 sites).
Steering the business using KPIs and competitive market analysis to set optimal fuel pricing.
Continuously optimizing the partner network structure for sustainable growth and efficiency.
Overseeing the budgeting process and ensuring cost discipline.
Implementing effective strategies and tactical actions in collaboration with the CZ/SK mobility team, legal, and finance departments
Monitoring customer and site employee satisfaction levels, identifying improvement areas, and taking corrective action where needed
Ensuring compliance with HSSE standards, adhering to Shell's brand guidelines, and maintaining operational excellence across all sites To succeed in this role, you should bring:

Ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Managerial experience - experience in managing and coordinating teams effectively.
A systematic working style and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A Master’s degree in Economics or a related field is an essentual requirement.
Fluency in Slovak (native level) and English (B2/C1).
Willingness to travel regularly within the region and occasionally to Bratislava (app 2 nights away per week). What We Offer:
