Sales Engineer Serbia

Our client is a very successful international company, leading manufacturer of intelligent sensors across all sectors of industry. In order to meet the high-quality standards, it relies on qualified and motivated employees. Due to the international growth and development of the company, we are currently looking for Business Development Manager/Sales Engineer (Serbia),

We are looking for candidate with strong hands-on and hunter mentality. Result oriented person who is willing to contact and visit customers, make demo of company’s products to create the awareness of company in the market. Person with technical understanding for people in maintenance, production planning and engineering, with ability to understand organization of the customer (buying center).
Your skills and abilities:
  • Education in the technical and/or commercial field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales (ideally field sales experience in B2B sales)
  • Not afraid of telephone marketing
  • High willingness to travel in Serbia
  • High affinity for numbers, pronounced service and customer orientation as well as the ability to work in a team
  • Very well-developed analytical and strategic skills
  • Eloquent and sociable demeanor
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German an advantage
  • Your duties and responsibilities:

    • Support of the customers based in Serbia
    • Presentations of products as part of new customer acquisition
    • Customer-side coordination and project development
    • Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals
    • Organization and participation in industry events to generate new sales opportunities
    • Continuous contact and information about new products on the market, the challenges of the industry and the strengths and weaknesses of the competition
    • Close cooperation with the Sales Manager and the International Sales Manager as well as with the Product Sales, Customer Service and Technical Support departments
