Our client, a global petrochemical trading company, is seeking a talented and results-driven Sales Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, your goal is to build and expand relationships with clients, explore emerging markets, and secure long-term contracts. You’ll be at the forefront of driving trading volumes and creating financial opportunities for our company.
- Develop trading opportunities in hydrocarbons, polymers, rubbers, and organic synthesis products.
- Identify stakeholders and build strong relationships in global markets.
- Connect buyers and sellers, creating a trading book with long-term partnerships.
- Expand the company’s presence in emerging regions and develop new customer bases.
- Negotiate contracts and access trade financing solutions.
- Implement risk hedging tools and optimize operations to ensure profitability.
- Work with internal teams to align trading activities with company objectives.
- Provide market insights and updates to leadership for informed decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in trading hydrocarbons, polymers, rubbers, organic synthesis or similar products.
- Knowledge of trade finance tools (e.g., L/Cs, factoring) and risk management strategies.
- Established the network of clients and suppliers in the industry.
- Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently explore and grow new markets under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
- Fluency in English is essential. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Currently residing in Dubai – this role does not include a relocation package.
