Responsibilities:
Objective of the Position:
The primary objective of this role is to lead and develop the Hungarian subsidiary by managing operational activities and driving sales growth.
- Establishment and development of the Hungarian subsidiary
- Ensuring smooth daily operations
- Optimization of sales and profitability
- Conducting market analysis, forecasting trends and developments, and formulating specific business models.
- Acting as the main interface between the Hungarian subsidiary and the parent company in Vienna
- Active involvement in sales activities
- Managing projects effectively
- Overseeing administrative tasks related to company operations, including liaising with tax consultants
- Leading a team consisting of a Service Manager, two Service Technicians, and one Assistant
Requirements:
- Technical and/or commercial education on university level (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, energy industry, business administration …)
- Experience in setting up a business
- Sales experience with strength in conclusion and implementation
- Industry experience in the energy sector
- Technical and commercial know how
- Leadership
- Experience with big international projects in the energy sector
