As a Senior Accountant, you will play a pivotal role in their finance team, ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Job Description:
- Monitoring and supporting daily accounting tasks, including month-end activities.
- Preparation and posting of journal entries with meticulous attention to detail.
- Providing valuable support for internal and external audit requests.
- Vigilant control and support for the accurate recording of expenses.
- Oversight of e-invoice, e-archive, and e-waybill processes, collaborating with outsourcing partners for invoice recording.
- Offering guidance and assistance to team members on daily accounting matters, as well as ensuring compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
Key Objectives:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields from accredited universities.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of comprehensive experience in accounting/finance roles.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with SAP software is highly desirable.
