Our client has been operating in the production of automotive parts for more than 100 years with factories in 14 countries, with an international network of strategically located engineering, technology and production facilities. We are looking for a "Senior Mechanical Maintenance Engineer" who would like to take part in this large structure to be employed in the company's factories in Manisa Organized Industrial Zone.
Job Description ;
  • Performing mechanical maintenance and repair work on machinery and equipment
  • Organizing and implementing planned maintenance activities and ensure they are carried out to specified standards
  • Identifying and resolving any failures or breakdowns in machinery and equipment used in production
  • Managing and maintaining a spare parts stock to ensure timely repair and replacement of parts
  • Implementing innovative approaches to improve the maintenance and repair processes of the company
  • Carry out improvement and development activities supporting the factory and department objectives
  • Conducting cost reduction and energy efficiency studies to optimize operations Distributing the tasks to the team and overseeing their work to ensure efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure that facilities and equipment work effectively and safely
  • Implementing and enforcing occupational health and safety regulations in all processes
  • Contributing to the development of an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) culture and management systems

General Qualifications ;
  • Graduated from the Department of Mechanical Engineering
  • 5-10 years experienced in the field of mechanical maintenance in production facilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD applications. Solidworks knowledge is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Experience in using Maintenance and Repair Management Programs
  • Knowledge on Machinery parts, mechanical construction and installation
  • Experience in new machinery and facility installation
  • Preferably experienced in hydraulic press, CNC, heat treatment and paint lines
  • Advanced level of English proficiency
  • Experienced in team management
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Strong analysis and reporting skills
  • Strong analytical skills and willingness to learn and adapt to change
  • Male candidates must have completed military service
