Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee operations and customer support services for our esteemed client. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring high-quality service delivery, fostering strong client relationships, and driving operational excellence. The position offers a hybrid working environment with occasional travel (approximately 15%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight:
    • Manage daily operations, ensuring that services meet established quality and performance standards.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize service efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align service delivery with client requirements.
  • Performance Management:
    • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Project Participation:
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless transitions from implementation to steady-state operations.
    • Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the service delivery framework.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service delivery, operations, or customer support management, preferably in a hybrid working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and client-centric approach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel (up to 15%).
  • Proficiency in English; German language skills are highly desirable.
