Key Responsibilities:
- Identify target markets with a focus on market share and profit margins
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the petrochemical market and devise product strategies
- Create analytical reports to facilitate decision-making processes
- Collaborate with agencies to transform market insights into impactful marketing reports for senior management and the sales team
- Establish pricing strategies within the assigned area of responsibility and oversee pricing committees
- Forecast prices across various time horizons
- Develop customer plans and formulate export strategies for the Go-To-Market approach
- Provide marketing support for the Basic Polymers Department's business development initiatives in the Turkish market
Qualifications:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a solid grasp of related products and fundamental marketing principles
- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role within the petrochemical industry
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of basic polymers and pricing dynamics within the polymer industry
- Proficient in market analysis and data evaluation, especially in the context of pricing data for strategic decision-making
- Proven track record in evaluating the revenue aspects of investment projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and reporting
- Exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen sense of risk assessment
- Embrace a proactive, results-driven mindset, coupled with the capacity for collaboration and adaptability within a dynamic environment
- Fluent in both English and Turkish
