Teamlead In-House Travel Agency (f/m/x)

Full-time, Austria / Vienna

Your tasks:

  • You will lead a team of experienced employees from a service and profit-oriented perspective
  • You develop and implement a sales and communication strategy for our internal business travel and for third-party customers
  • You build up strategic purchasing, conduct contract negotiations independently, but also handle operational travel services yourself (hotels, airline tickets, rental cars, ...)
  • You build personal relationships with our regular customers in the luxury travel segment, work out customized travel offers and process the bookings quickly and efficiently.
  • You will routinely and efficiently handle flight, hotel, and rental car bookings for our customers in the business travel sector so that our crews arrive reliably at their work locations, training courses or home.
  • You provide competent advice, but also check and monitor the travel guidelines of the respective customers.
  • You always have an overview of the accounts and are known for your strength in controlling and providing key figures for the management of the company group
  • As a manager, you are also responsible for the roster and design methods, with which you can check and pull figures.

Your profile:

  • You have a university entrance qualification, have completed relevant training or further training in tourism and already have several years of experience in a comparable position.
  • You have already developed sound market knowledge and negotiating and sales skills in the field of business travel and/or luxury travel.
  • You work in a team-oriented manner and are characterized by a high level of service orientation, problem-solving skills, and initiative.
  • As a manager, you are valued for your appreciative communication, your structured and precise way of working and your ability to think in a networked way.
  • In addition, you have gained commercial knowledge and understanding for accounting (calculation, P&L accounting, balance sheet, post-calculation and controlling)
  • Excellent reading and writing skills in English and excellent IT user skills are a matter of course for you.
  • You have the right to work and live in Austria, i.e., you already have a work visa or can successfully apply for a red-white-red card.
