Join our client as a Technical Support Manager!

Passionate about driving exceptional customer support in the polymer industry? We're seeking a dedicated Technical Support Manager to champion technical service functions across European and Turkish markets. You'll facilitate consultations, manage requests, spearhead product homologation, and shape product development.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality excellence and swift issue resolution for customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee product homologation and collaborate for innovative opportunities.
  • Identify growth prospects in European and Turkish markets.
Role:

Technical Service/Application Support:

  • Build strong customer relationships, offer technical guidance, and manage product claims.
  • Lead new product introductions and provide application guidance.

Product Positioning and Development:

  • Highlight product advantages and align them with market standards.
  • Drive new product tests at customer sites to expand our client base.

Improvement-Focused Claim Management:

  • Drive continuous product quality improvement.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales, providing essential technical support and education.
  • Foster a knowledge-sharing culture among colleagues.

Experience and Skills:

  • Proficiency in polymer processing technology, especially polyolefins.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of regional PP and PE grades.
  • Eagerness to develop petrochemical product areas.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office; SAP and Minitab knowledge advantageous.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Chemical Engineering specializing in polymer materials.
  • Willingness to engage in up to 30% business trips.
