Our client is a leading global sugar refiner and marketer, producing an extensive range of products for various sectors. They operate multiple refineries across North America and the European Union, with several prominent names as brand portfolios. The open position focuses on developing and coordinating training programs and materials, enhancing employee skills and performance, and guiding operational trainers in on-the-job training for new and existing staff.

Your Role

  • Develop and evaluate training processes to meet business and customer needs, including a training needs analysis with Area Managers.
  • Choose and implement effective training methods and create training materials, including role-playing, group discussions, and simulations.
  • Manage and deliver training through the SuccessFactors (LMS) platform, ensuring compliance with Group requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training records with competency signoffs, regularly reviewing them for ongoing business changes.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and communicate all training activities, including the management of the induction process for new employees.
  • Collaborate with management to improve employee capabilities, create standard operating procedures (SOPs), and stay updated with educational principles.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in administration and training within a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.
  • Highly organized with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
  • Mandatory 'Train the Trainer' course completion and training delivery experience.
  • Health & Safety, Food Safety, and HACCP training are preferred.
