We are currently looking for a talented recruiter to join our team for a couple of months to assist with our client's RPO assignment.
This presents a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to demonstrate their skills and potentially transition to a full-time role at ISG or continue as a contractor.
ISG Personalmanagement GmbH is an Austrian HR service provider that has been operating since 1999. With 800 employees conducting business in 40 countries, we have had a strong presence in Turkey since 2010, in Izmir, Istanbul, Antalya, Ankara, Bursa, Corlu, Antep and G. Antep.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site recruiting activities in Manisa, engaging with potential candidates and facilitating the onboarding process.
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage candidate profiles, track progress, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the client to understand their specific hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruiting across various organizational levels, demonstrating a strong understanding of the recruitment process.
- Proven ability to work on-site 5 days a week, effectively managing recruitment activities in the Manisa and Izmir areas.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools to streamline the recruitment process and maintain accurate candidate records.
