We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with a youthful spirit as Team Lead Logistics.

Your daily responsibilities:
  • Taking responsibility for organizing the daily operational tasks in the logistics department, including packaging, picking, shipping, receiving, and warehousing
  • Leading a team of approximately 20 employees
  • Introducing and building processes, preparing them for increased production in the upcoming year
  • Continuously monitoring and optimizing processes
  • Implementing Lean processes to enhance efficiency
  • Handling daily challenges such as bulk or short-term orders
  • Organizing external transports through tenders and negotiations with logistics providers
  • Conducting regular data analysis and reporting to the Logistics Manager
  • Engaging closely with other supply chain departments, especially production planning
  • Collaboration with counterparts in sister facility in Germany
  • Administrative tasks
Your qualification:
  • Completed education or degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of five years demonstrable leadership experience
  • Proven successes in a similar environment
  • Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Strong business acumen
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Excellent MS Office skills
