We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual with a youthful spirit as Team Lead Logistics.
Your daily responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for organizing the daily operational tasks in the logistics department, including packaging, picking, shipping, receiving, and warehousing
- Leading a team of approximately 20 employees
- Introducing and building processes, preparing them for increased production in the upcoming year
- Continuously monitoring and optimizing processes
- Implementing Lean processes to enhance efficiency
- Handling daily challenges such as bulk or short-term orders
- Organizing external transports through tenders and negotiations with logistics providers
- Conducting regular data analysis and reporting to the Logistics Manager
- Engaging closely with other supply chain departments, especially production planning
- Collaboration with counterparts in sister facility in Germany
- Administrative tasks
Your qualification:
- Completed education or degree in logistics, industrial engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of five years demonstrable leadership experience
- Proven successes in a similar environment
- Fluency in Polish and English; knowledge of German is an advantage
- Strong business acumen
- Experience with ERP systems
- Excellent MS Office skills
