Your Role:
As the Budgeting & Reporting Executive, you will play a key role in financial planning, reporting, and controlling activities. Reporting directly to the Country Finance Director, you will oversee data management, ERP implementations, and ensure adherence to financial standards.
Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate financial planning systems and processes to ensure continuity.
- Lead global forecast and budget timetables, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Conduct detailed analysis on actual performance versus budget.
- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor company scorecards and KPIs.
- Manage all planning, reporting, and controlling activities including budget preparation, IFRS reporting, and ad-hoc reporting.
- Oversee ERP integrations, implementations, and data management processes.
- Establish and maintain financial controls and procedures for the Finance function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or industrial engineering (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in budgeting/reporting/controlling/finance, preferably in manufacturing (packaging, textile, printing, consumer goods).
- Experience with Big Four audit companies and/or CPA title is a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of Turkish GAAP, IFRS accounting, financial planning, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in cost accounting, cost analysis, and variance analysis is desirable.
- Expertise in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP integration and implementation, ideally Microsoft Navision.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
