Your Role:
- As a Project Manager for Contract Logistics & Processes,, you will:
- Propose comprehensive process designs, prepare process maps, and develop final price offers for warehouses based on client needs and requirements.
- Work with dedicated tools, adhering to all relevant processes to design optimal solutions for our clients.
- Support the development and innovation of warehouses, enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead cross-functional and cross-regional teams to ensure the successful implementation of logistics solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in creating tailor-made offers to key clients in the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region, contributing to business growth and client retention.
Key Responsibilities::
- Process Optimization - utilize tools to gain in-depth knowledge of warehouse processes, logistics concepts, and client expectations. Apply analytical methods to design solutions and prepare final offers.
- Business Development - study and quote operational processes, design warehouse layouts, and identify innovative solutions.
- Leadership and Collaboration - lead diverse teams, including virtual and international groups. Work closely with operational teams and higher management, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration.
- Client Interaction - engage with clients to understand their logistics needs, propose tailored solutions, and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Innovation Deployment - continuously seek and deploy innovative logistics solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Business Engagement - participate in creating and presenting custom offers to key clients, helping to secure new business and expand existing contracts in the CEE region.
What We Are Looking for:
- At least 5 years in contract logistics, warehousing, operational management, project management, or process engineering, preferably within the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with hands-on shop floor experience. Proficiency in analyzing warehousing service contracts and profit and loss statements, with P&L responsibility preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of engaging with both operational teams and higher management.
- Fluent Slovak or Czech. Additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams, including virtual and international groups.
- Willingness to travel within the region.
